Holland & Barrett 'ABC Plus: Multi-Vitamin and Multi-Mineral Formula' tablets. Original price £6.99; now £1.99. So, 2p per tablet! You only have to take one per day, so you could get a year's supply for around £8.00. Not bad considering the tablets contain 100% RDA for most essential vitamins, minerals, etc.

the shops don't get much choice of which one they get as i work in the warehouse sometimes. they are sent out by the picker chooses choice which on to send. ask the store which type u want or pm i will try to help out.

Vitamin tablets are rubbish. After consulting with my doctor, the best vitamin tablets are the ones that are more expensive (based on the content of what it contains) -Is there a doctor in the house who can back me up?0
