This is for a 4 year old. Anyone know anywhere in Newtownards or Bangor to obtain one. Your help would be greatly appreciated. Have already checked smyths and argos.

why not try an outdoor/camping type shop?
If in the Belfast the scout shop for example.
I'm sure they sell whistles .Norn Iron Club member 4730 -
If you don't mind a second hand one, you can have my son's wooden brio one. He's 9 now and hasn't played with his brio for some 3 years or so. I'm pretty sure it's in good condition and will unearth it and check if you think it might be useful. (I don't want any money for it).
