I am guessing this is to come off the total paid and not interest! That is how I have treated it anyway :o

Yes i dont have to pay any interest as i am paying back the bank of mum which is good for no interest but bad cause there is no pressure to pay off loan.
    Thanks xx
  • My total today is £12,270 so in total that's £4050 paid (very nearly a quarter)!

That's really good news!! Well done. :T

I'm sitting here a bit fed-up with myself, thinking crikey do I still have to keep going at this for at least another year. Even though April went so fast my self-imposed April austerity measures didn't help me pay off as much as the previous month when I spent loads.

    Paid off in April £955.30

    Paid so far £15,141.04
    Mortgage
    Start January 2017: $268,012
