Boots after-Christmas sales - 75% off now over?

Hi everyone! Just wanted to pop in and say that I went to Ilford to check out what sale stuff was left in anticipation on Wednesday. :j Answer-a fair bit! Looks like I'll need an early night on Tuesday so I can brave the snow and get some bargains.:D I also went to Beckton and there wasn't much left there at all.

The Boots Outlet at Beckton Triangle retail park was worth a visit though. I got some Boots Medieterranean minis for 20p each. Orange, chamomile & honey body wash (75ml) and a mint, melon and sugar scrub (50ml). They also had some almond scrubs too, but they were 75p, I think.

They had some Soap & Glory bits too. Bought the Super Eyes moisturising gel for £3 (still £8 on Boots.com!) and a Blueberry body butter for £2 (£9 on website). They had the peach butter for £2 and a hand cream, but I don't remember how much that was. Loads of Sanctury bits, but they always seem to have those. Looks like they'd been on the shelf months too! Ummm....what else??? Oh, Harry Potter Scene It DVD game for £5. Toni & Guy Cranberry colour enhancing shampoo for £1 (paid £1.79 for it in Home Bargains and thought that was a bargain, so got 2 more), loads of christmas cards. I really needed some more, so got 8 packs.:T Some were 50p, others £1, but original prices were £3.50-£5, so that was a bargain. They had some gift tags priced at 20p per pack, but went through the till at 10p each. I bought a pack of silver stars and gold stars, but they had different designs. Reading this back, I think I need to go back! Shame it takes so long on the bus, but there's no way I'm taking the motorbike out on these roads.

Can anyone tell me if the perfume/aftershave gift sets will be reduced any further or is it just the smaller gift sets(ted baker,FCUK etc).
I know some are down to 50% off now but a lot of the better brands are only 33% and was wondering if i can grab a bargain with them this wednesday

Oh I second this question. Its my first year doing the Boots sale dash and I would be interested in knowing what time it goes live on the website in peoples opinion?

Im going instore but really want the Gok set thats on the website, they dont have any of those in my local store.

Big Gok sets in Rochdale, at least 7... No S&G though. Oh well.. lol not that I actually need anymore this year!

Not able to drag myself out of bed to be there for opening, but can probably manage to get there for 9am. I'll be the girl with big dark circles under her eyes & a very full cart!

It was about 3.20am last year! If you do wait up, make sure you go on this thread (or the new one if one is set up on the night). It is full of frustrated Bootsters cursing the site! Everyone has a chat and it passes the time!

Who will be the first to get the dreaded generic error lol :rotfl::rotfl:

It took two hours last time to get two orders processed - the really frustrating thing, is that one of them was for my sister, who was tucked up in bed - and hers went straight through - it was mine with the problems!

Mind you, I joined one of the online gaming sites whilst I waited for the sale to go live on the Boots site - it was one of those that you spent £10, and got £25 Quidco. Ended up winning £70 - so it was a pretty good night really. Was outside my local store at 8.30am - then was induced with my baby at lunchtime!!!

Just heard from my friend. She went shopping in Romford (Liberty) earlier & reports that they had about 4 aisles of sale stuff. Lots of girly bits. HTH.

does anyone know about the big No7 OOTW from before xmas. They said it was £120, then as OOTW it was £60, so would this be in the sale at £30 do we think, or would it be included in the no7 342 thats currently running?X
