I have the S & G Va Va Groom in my favourites, although when I go through checkout I cannot see the option to pick up in store and it is showing as a delivery charge.

You have to edit delivery address, and it should give you the option for in-store. The site is just badly designed, as it would seem you could get in-store delivery by editing the part about delivery options!

what if you ring customer services and ask them to order the items for you ( really want the r&m vanity case but didnt add it to wishlist as site kept crashing)????? will they do that or not....

Could do, the worst they can say is no. It may be a case of they will only put an order through if it is sitting in your basket. If they ask for the product no it shows on mine as 3089983. Let us know how you get on.

I don't think the handwash & handcream has ever gone out of stock, so I'm hoping that means they make it to the 75% off sale! They're not quite as glamorous as the other s&g items, lol, so maybe they will.
