you can't use your points to pay online. You can order things at the store, for boots.com, and ask to pay with points but you can't order online and ask to pay at store with points.

that's good to know, thankyou !! I used rather a lot of my points today but I'm now saving them to go towards a new bottle of perfume.

Might be worth pasting and printing the online instructions just in case your store isn't aware of it either.

I used points today instore and cannot make myself feel that I have effectively had things free - I cling onto my points stash quite irrationally.

I wanted Soap and Glory or womens No7 things but my local store were sold out by the time I got there (on Sunday), except for the S&G slipper set. I managed to get a FCUK hatbox set and the Natural Collection Shower trio I had wanted, and my boyfriend got a No7 mens toiletry bag set and wooden massager, so we were both quite happy.
I'm quite interested to see what I can pick up in the 75% sale when it comes, maybe treat myself a bit more or get some cheap presents to put aside. I think I'll risk the sales on Boxing Day next year, see if I can get some better things.

went to 3 boots on boxing day - no S&G sets at all - ordered by 'big softie' online and now my order has been cancelled due to a technical error and insufficient stock to fulfill my order - gutted

my local boots didn't have much sale stock but I went to a bigger boots yesterday and they kept wheeling more and more stock out, they had the no 17 vanity cases, the no 7 vanity case (the hard one and soft one), the gok and accessorize vanity cases, loads of Sanctuary stuff and a few s&g gift sets, they had the holdall and the shower ones .. I was lucky enough to get one :j I was amazed by how much stock they had and I had a brief chat to one of the guys who was loading the shelves who said they would be bringing out fresh stock on a daily basis (this was in Middlesbrough) so keep trying and you may grab the bargain you're after.
