    Note to self: perhaps I will just randomly post "nobody knows" at set intervals of time to answer the questions of when, how, what (fill in the blanks) etc etc that people will undoubtedly continue to post for some hours yet!

    Note to self 2: Ouch neck is sore, must get better chair for computer that is more condusive to staying up late for sales
