Boots after-Christmas sales - 75% off now over?

Have been peeping in on this thread but now as things are looking more official on Boots end I am making my involvement official by actually posting!

Oh, and Im taking bets on what time Toothy and Tango !!!!!! off and leave us to our shopping (and perhaps on what time they reappear after we crash the site :rotfl:)...
Im going for 3.18am Just hope I can hack it til then, didnt get much sleep last night so not really refreshed enough to stay alert properly! And Ive just volunteered to go pick up my Mum before the Boots dash in the morning so Im going to be sleep deprived and delirious for sure by the time I get into Boots! I'll be the one with only one eye open buying all the broken things and half full packets as I'll be practically sleepwalking hahaha

Now, I had intended to go to bed and get up again at about 2am ish.......then DH said what if it starts earlier.............so now not sure what to do?? Oh the dliema! Best of it is tha his lordship is upstairs giving it zzzzzzz's while I am up, sleep deprived sorting presents for HIS family!!

At least I dont have the snoring 2yr old this time!!! The OH on the other hand is still hiding downstairs. He fell asleep and now all the takeaways round here are closed so I didnt eat and he knows he is in the dog house :rotfl: Shouldnt of banned me from driving should he!

I think we should send a mail to boots to suggest midnight opening for 75% off next year. I'm too busy thinking about everything I need to get that I've decided to wait up until after midnight just to see if I can add a few more things (if they come back into stock). I really want the No7 £60 gift set x 3 and in one store I was in today they had the maroon £50 Sanctuary bag, but only 2 of them - I was so tempted to hide one for myself for tomorrow but felt too guilty!

Planning on getting to one store at 8am and another for 9am opening, about a 30 min drive - I'm gonna give it my best shot tho

Just to let you all know I work for a boots store in the north east and just prior to closing tonight the store manager recieved an email advising that all 75% sale items will be limited to £50 maximum spend per customer per transaction this is apparently aimed at stopping bulk purchasing and reselling on ebay

Sorry, it's not. The sale is primarily the Christmas gift sets (the items with green stickers that were on sale 3 for 2 for the past several months).
