I use quidco & topcashback, but always use topcashback for boots at it pays out the full 3.5% & always tracks. Quidco only pays out 3.5 % for your first online boots order, then it's down to 1%

They do update offers on a Tuesday night. Site has been down since exactly midnight, updating offers. Not sure for definate how long site is usually down for but can't imagine it is this long normally
