Is unemployment insurance liable to be deducted from a NRP through the CSA and is a lodger that pays rent liable?
Taking in mind the NRP is registered unemployed and recieving JSA.
Also can you come to an arrangement to pay the arears in instalments if you cannot afford it all in one go?

Sorry explain again, an NRP that has a lodger will the money that the NRP recieves from the lodger be liable and is unemployement insurance liable?0
