I have a frozen one in the freezer which I'll take out on Wednesday.. you will be best to look at the dates on fresh ones or ask the butcher advise if you buy from a them#6 of the SKI-ers Club :j

Hi smallpackages,
Assuming you are buying a fresh turkey crown, I would leave it until Tuesday or Wednesday if you can. Although ask your butcher or check the use by date on the packaging if buying it from a supermarket to see if you can buy it any earlier. I hope your parents feel better soon.
