in Freebies gone but not forgotten
Lotus bakeries. Was given a "free" lotus caramlised bicuit this morning with a cup of coffee in our County Council offices, the wrapper a has freephone number to call for info,when I called the number,0800 834050, a message is played which includes a request for a voucher for a free packet of biscuits,(don't know the pack size) and tells you they are sold in Waitrose,Tesco,E.H. Booths and Sainsburys, so make the free call and get a free pack of biscuits :)

    this was on bobs free stuff a while back but thanks for reminding me i could do with a few buiscits!!!!!
    so far i have got: 4 footballs full size - 2 england flags - 6 england stickers - 3 fanimals - bottle of hugo boss - nescafe sample - jelly beans

    I just phoned to see if they had cleared the message box, and a real person (a very nice lady called Kelly) answered!!!

    I explained that I was ringing to see if I could get a voucher for a free packet of their biscuits. She asked me where I had heard of the offer, and I said a friend in Preston (sorry, Derrick) had seen it on a wrapper and told me about it. So if you try ringing, be ready with your little story - I didn't think it wise to say I had seen it on a freebie thread.

    She said she could certainly send me a voucher and took my name and address, saying it would probably take a couple of weeks to get the voucher out. No probs, says I.

    Hopefully Kelly is as good as her word and a voucher will ultimately wing its merry way to me.
