The questions that Opinions4u asked are valid and depending on your answer will depend on how the lender will view you.

For example, ff you re mortgaged to Halifax just 2 months ago then they are not going to be as sympathetic to you than had you been with them for 15 years. To Halifax, you are a new borrower if you remortgaged. If you just changed deals with the same lender then that is not a remortgage and you are not a new borrower.

The lender is going to ask questions and if you shy away from answering them you will find the lender unwilling to help. I would expect a lender to ask a lot of questions if just after 2 months you are having problems. They may even consider reviewing your original application to see if you applied under fraudulent details.

    TWINKLE,

I flit between a few boards and in my opinion this is one of the more practical.
It doesnt soft soap it tells it the way it seems.Opinions4u is a prolific contributor and is very helpful - unlike me.

The DFW board is full of people in the same boat and is by the very nature of it very sympathtic and supporting. If you want this here then forget it. What you will get is opinions and advice.

Now if you want a bearpit, try the debate board,it's harsh in there.

I am not shying away and my original application was not made under fraudulent details. I am not requiring any more information. Thank you.

We can get huggy on the debate board too!

Ok, it's a different kind of huggy :D but it does happen...some very lovely people over there who have helped me tremendously privately.

Edit - Thought I best add that I am not having a go....trying to reply in jest and probably failing spectacularly!
We made it! All three boys have graduated, it's been hard work but it shows there is a possibility of a chance of normal (ish) life after a diagnosis (or two) of ASD. It's not been the easiest route but I am so glad I ignored everything and everyone and did my own therapies with them.
Eldests' EDS diagnosis 4.5.10, mine 13.1.11 eekk - now having fun and games as a wheelchair user.
