Could just be that people are not prepared to speak up and rock the boat (a tactic that is a bully's best friend )Sometimes it's hard to walk in a single woman's shoes - that's why we need really special ones!Total debt @ Oct 2008: £29,226.42 Credit Card- £[STRIKE]7493.56[/STRIKE] - £7243.56Weightloss : 0/34lbs0

Thanks Shoe Gal i only get it when i am stressed or really run down!
The second meeting went much better. I got a bit tearful but held it together.
Apparently my manager likes me and is very upset about the whole situation! (Good know what would happen if she disliked me then!!)
The headteacher who manages my manager has adviced me to move on and leave it all behind me. She said that i am in a better place now with my new job etc so it has all done me a favour really!!
I think they are scared i will make an offical complaint!
I stuck to my guns and my last day in the nursery will be Weds so then i will be free!! yeah no more horrid manager. and my new manager has offered me extra hours so that has worked out well.
What you all doing this weekend? it is !!!!ing it down with rain here:j Proud mum to Jade age 10 years and Baby Ellie born Christmas Day:eek: with a broke heartProven to be a little fighter and battling on with her heart condition :j
