Afternoon everyone, embarassingly I was in bed til 2.30 today, though that was mainly because my sister spent ages faffing. The good news though is that OH has paid for us to go to Barcelona at the end of the month for the weekend (that's what I was in bed planning for ages, my sister and her friend are coming too). To be honest I get quite homesick so I'm trying to ease myself in gently, and I did GSCE Spanish so I know a decent amount of the language, I'm still looking forward to it though :).

I hope your head feels better Stacy, and that everyone is enjoying their days in. I'm going to the pub later, last time it snowed before christmas it was like an ice rink down there as it's at the end of a residential road, hopefully it won't be so bad this time.

Thank Yukki, I'm going to get a guide book (from the library, very MSE) before I go so we can plan what to do before we get there rather than faffing for ages.

Pain coz I was hoping to get started and see how it goes before I hand my notice in but looks like I'm just gonna have to bite the bullet and go for it anyway :-/
