HDMI cable from b&m for £2.99 , any good?

is this cable good? just because got my PS3 Slim a couple of days ago and forgot to pick up a hdmi cable. some people say that its not worth paying more than £5 for a cable because they all give the same digital signal.
so has anyone got one of these? is it a good quality cable and displays good on a tv? and does it work well? it has gold plated ends (24k gold) , its a male to male cable for use with hd equipment eg blu ray player , ect , and it costs £2.99 from B&M
by the way im on my blackberry in town so can you reply soon please because if its good ill go pick one up now

Can't speak for the B&M one but I've got 2 cheap cables from Play.com (£5 for 2m & I think £10 for 5m) running 360s no problems0
