I've just completed a re-mortgage wth the Masfield
Top deal: 3year, 2% disc, Fee free, 10% overpay Etc...

With the letter they send you they include a voucher for £300 if you introduce a friend or family member.

Not bad if you know someone who's about to do the same

As for the Mansfield, I was annoyed that they spent 10 days not looking at anything, and that their communications are delayed by their current workload. I had to ask if they needed anything else to find out that my insurance needed a tweak and a fax for instance.
Their appointed solicitor is also the stoneage type who can just about work out e-mail at a push, and digital documents are scary. But did the job, when pushed, eventually.
But what the hell, they paid and with 4 weeks from proper look to completion, over Christmas can’t be all that bad
