The Boots in Oxford St opposite Debenhams has heaps of ACMs. Brent Cross has two but they seem to be out of order/not giving any vouchers more often than not. Edgeware has one or two but is a smallish store.

If anyone wants to check, go to the Boots.com store locator page:

    http://www.boots.com/storelocator/store_search.jsp?&wblinktype=HPD&wblinkdetail=D4P1

Put in your post code or town and then on "In Store Services" there is a tick box for Advantage point machines.

    Off you go!

The only miniatures I could find were bath liquids... fat lot of good.

Couldn't tell which items were included as there wasn't a point of sale and the mediterranean stuff was scattered around the store in about 3 places.

I seem to recall filling in a market research thing for the advantage card and telling them how old I was, and that I don't have any kids... I guess they threw it away as they keep trying to get me to buy nappies and denture tablets.

It wouldn't be hard to do more sophisticated research through the machines. For example, they could easily see that I never print off the l'oreal vouchers, and stop boring me with photo printing offers that I'm never going to use.

Thanks OP! I printed mine off today and collected my free travel sized bottle! I used to check the machine, but found it often didn't do point deals on anything I liked. I will check it in the future though! Thanks. I will have to go back another day, as I was so excited about the free bottle that i stopped checking the other offers, so might have missed some of the other free things that you have mentioned! doh! :T

Boots at Fort in Edinburgh had 2 free offers ie Med product and 12 wet wipes but no cod liver oil capsules. I picked small tub of gorgeous body butter which was priced at £2. The wet wipes have to be specific pack and unfortunately they were out of the freebie one - loads of other fragrances but they were not included.

Really pleased with the body butter as can take on hols with my Superdru freebie bag

I went to the Fleet Street store today, as it's the only one near my work that has an ACM; the SA told me they didn't stock the Mediterranean range, in a tone that implied it was hard luck! It doesn't say anything on the voucher about having to use it in the same store as the ACM, so I took it to the Strand branch, and they took it, no problems. It does have to be used on the day you've printed it, but if your store doesn't stock the range, I'd try another store!

Do you think the ACM registers the fact if you only ever ask to print out FREE offers, and never the other offers requiring a spend??

Are the offers indeed tailored to your particular card, do you think, or does everyone get the same offers regardless?

If the former, would it be a good idea to print one or two random offers requiring a spend whilst you are getting your FREE offers, in case the machine stops offering FREE things for your particular card??

I am new to this ACM business!!

    Violetta :)

As a boots employee family member.

The advantage card offers through the Advatage point machines are tailored to every one card but there are some offers which everyone gets.

So it is hit and miss these offers can change daily if not the normally change weekly.
