You are now BR. Any proveable debts within your BR are no longer your problem. As mentioned, these companies pay consultants an awful lot of money to word letters that are bordering on illegal (some are!) and are designed soley to confuse you. They want money and faced with the possibility of not getting a penny, they will grab at any chance they can.

I got the same letter, and Im on a DRO, and it scared the living daylights out of me, as I thought they were taking no notice of the DRO!
Its a standard letter they send out to the masses.........Im keeping all mine until the end of the DRO, but its up to you if you choose to bin it!I used to be Snow White, but I drifted.Mae West

I think if they stopped sending so many letters the money they save so they could lower interest rates
I once got 17 letters from them in 2 weeks for a debt of about £67Total Weight Loss - 28lb and countingAD 17/11/20100 -

Welcome fiance still write to me twice a week for 2 accounts every letter says that they are adding £10 to the loads
