Wilkinson Plus deal of the week Hotpoint Washer

Wilkinson Plus www.wilkinsonplus.com have a Hotpoint WML540P washer on offer at £245 incl FREE DEL. The washer should be £340.
I ordered one on Thursday evening and Hotpoint rang me yesterday to arrange delivery and it's coming on Tuesday so great service.:j

Seems the common trick of pricing high then knocking the price down to think you got a bargain.it is cheaper than elsewhere by £18 but not the huge saving they are making out.

Hotpoint are particularly renowned for failing drum bearings, mine only lasted 18 months. Google it, you'll find how common it is.
Also don't mistakengly think you're buying british, hotpoint moved there manufacturing abroad earlier this year.

John Lewis are selling the 1200rpm version @ the same price, free delivery with an additional free 2 year warranty, maybe there is also a code out there for a further discount?

I order this washing machine on saturday, they called on monday and delivered it today (Wednesday). So thank you very much, didnt expect to get it before christmas! Now off to do some washing! Have loads to catch up on!
