i sent my letter of to my bank(lloyds tsb)after 2 weeks i got a letter that said.you feel that the charges you have incurred are unlawful.
you are unhappy with the amount of charges you have incurred as a result of being overdrawn and from returned itiems.
you have requested that all charges incurred should be returned
when you become a customer we give you details of any charges for theday to day running of your account.
for the vast majority...banking with us can be free of any charges.
you incurred charges because you did not ensure funds were available in your account to cover payments set up by you.(yes this is true ....but when the money was in..say a day later i was getting charged for it)i have phoned this lady 3 times now and got her answer machine...but she never calls back.
also i have had a look at the court document but it only seems to be for england and wales.....im in scotland ...can any one help me with this:mad:
