Hope no-one minds me being cheeky, but if your selling ds/wii/psp/xbox360 games, Argos do accept some as trade ins, you can search online as to whether they will take the game and get a quote, you then take into store who check it and you get paid in argos vouchers.

Miss Hoodie has cleared out 11 games, only 2 were on Argos, Simpsons and Nintendo dogs, they were valued at £5 each, with music magpie they were about £2.50, yet weird thing Gardening mamma -music magpie offered £8.99. Thou others were low value, one was 30p.........
But as long as it all goes through she should get £22 cash and £10 Argos voucher.

Admittadly Argos are only buying certain games but the prices are good, they also sell 2nd hand games online, tried last ngt for Club Penguin, (online only) but the listing says free postage, went through it tried to charge me £5.95....... so ask in-store.

  • This might benefit some Toluna users:

I've just gone on Toluna after a good while of not using it. All the interest surveys have been updated and on my homepage it invites me to update my answers. There are about 15 surveys and every one you update gets you 300 points so it's a really easy way to get 4,500 points (and you know you won't get screened out of these!)

I wish toluna and ciao would hurry up and get together I had an email months ago saying they were amalgamating and I would be part of toluna in about a weeks time and then to go through their web site not ciao. Said the emails I get would then be from toluna and not ciao but still getting them from ciao and if I try to access my account panel it lets me see how much I have but wont let me withdraw anything but I cant log on to toluna yet as it says I am not a member. Its like I am stuck in Limbo until they sort it out.

It's usually about 10/12 weeks between payment and receiving my voucher, so you're not too far over. I've never contacted them, so I can't help there bunbun. Sorry. I just wanted to say it should be with you any day.
