regarding Weight Watchers - I'll definitely be joining again once baby is out! Does that offer still count if you've been a member before?

The half price offer is online weight watchers. Don't forget cashback though - £20 on Top Cashback or only £15 on Quidco.

I have been member Many, many times  (too many)!!! I just sign up with a new email address every time. When the deal runs out in 12 weeks, instead of paying £10 per month for your subscription to be ongoing you just cancel it and start again.

Very few of the items I want to review are in the dooyoo catalogue yet, perhaps because they are new toys. I have added 3 of them as a product suggestion so I will have to wait for dooyoo to add them before I can upload the review.

That's what happened to me - everything I wanted to review wasn't there  - It's put me off a bit. I'll try and get some more done tonight.

Ebay listing's go live at dinner time - I paid the extra 6p to have them end when people were at home and able to put last minute bids in. I learnt the hard way that if you list late at night no-one tends to bid last minute and that always pushes the price up doesn't it? :D

  • Would it be possible for one of you clever peeps to compile a list of everybodies dooyoo names that is then edited as some one else joins. I would think that it could be very helpful. QUOTE]

Still on DooYoo, have added a few of you and rated your reviews (honestly, I'm afraid!) will try to get to the rest of you too x

Survey sites are beginning to get on my nerves, think I joined too many so might drop one or two - but which ones?!

Have done, and was really impressed with your reviews, for a new member you've done really well and obviously made an effort. (I have read some utterly awful ones recently!)

I had a party last night and instructed everyone, i`ll provide the food but they must all bring the drink.

So i knocked up some food as cheaply as possible, it took more effort cooking myself but was alot cheaper than opening a packet. I bought a lot when produsts were on buy one get one free and used one and kept one.

Well everyone brought loads of drink. And what they didnt drink they said i could keep so we gots loads left for hampers as we dont drink. And everyone brought a little gift so some recycling will take place there.

I `m going to try ebay again but not sure where you get your time from. I`ve joined dooyoo....susan_

And as i use online banking everyday i thought any change thats not a whole pound i`ll put into another account everyday.

I`m also going to use all the craft things i have at home for cards and things and not buy anymore for at least jan and hopefully longer

    Hopefully I`ll get to £20

Happy New Year all, happy gifty, thrifty new year

I would like to join this group too.
I have been spend/cash neutral for 3 years now with christmas spending thanks to MSE forum threads which have inspired me.
I even got a request from a magazine a few months ago who wanted to run an article on me re a cash neutral christmas because of my previous posts on MSE but I declined their offer as the rest of my family are quite private people and didnt want their faces in a magazine.
I have been able to do it with earning money via quidco and ebay.Earning some vouchers on pigsback etc also but really its mainly about ebay for me.
For 2010 I need to be better organised so would like to start planning in Jan,thats my reason for joining you.
I dont have much cash for Jan sales shopping this year which is a shame as thats where I usually do the bulk of my christmas shopping for the next year. But I will look out for great deals and bargains throughout the next year and check the forums reguarly for notices on bargains and sales.
I tried to use the organised christmas website last year and liked it but was not organised enough as I found it too late but next year I plan to be very well organised.
This will be a great way of me keeping track of my christmas planning activities and hopefully I will be able to give some money saving tips as well as enjoying the ones posted by others.

  • I'm excited as I've started my new money making ways today...have joined 'Top CashBack' and will be sorting out my clothes to sell on ebay at the weekend. Bring it on!
In 2010 I would like money left at the end the month rather than more month left at the end of the money!!
