  • Got an email from them yesterday saying if we needed to reschedule due to weather let them know. So email and ask!

Yeah sounds like I got same email, was only worried as within it they say they plan to respond within 72 hrs, but my planned shop is this afternoon!

I'd already emailed them yesterday morning, as its a new shop just built and hadn't actually opened yet, so that would have been a bit of a problem anyway if my car hadn't gone and packed in on me last night!

Anyway, reason I asked if I could reschedule after the event is because I tried to do just that last night, but it gives no alternative dates even though their email says with the weather this is the option they're giving shoppers, but apparently not in this case...yet. I'll just see how it pans out.

I think I might have completed two of my TNS questionnaires and pressed 'next' to end them without going to the 'input your purchases cost' page. Although I've attached the receipt I'm wondering if I'll get paid for these two. Anybody else been a dumb cluck like me and done the same thing? Should I get in touch and ask about it?

With TNS you should be able to go back into the report for any amendments you need to make (just follow the same links as you did when you first submitted the report) - so just try going through the pages again and when you get to the right page remember to click on the link to submit your expenses. Failing that you can always email them to let them know.

I had three coffee shops that I couldn't get to yesterday, and had already sent an email & a request via the enquiry forms, asking if they could extend the dates into next week, as yesterday was the deadline for them & with the weather etc........

I got the general email they sent out saying they are monitoring the situation in the UK and deadlines will be extended, but so far I'm unable to extend my dates on the job page, and of course the "ovedue" emails are in this morning!

I'm not worrying about it though - they know the situation and I'll let them know I've been unable to extend so far, and wait to hear from them. They did say they'd been inundated with emails & will reply asap, but usually takes them ages anyway!

The Scottish ones all have dates for Monday and Tuesday so it's probably been a mistake on uploading.

Sadly they are all for core working hours and I won't be able to do any of them.

I'm in exactly the same situation. I think they get taken off you sometime overnight/early morning following the "overdue" email. At least that's what happened to me when their website broke and I couldn't submit results for 24hrs.

On the plus side, I can see some jobs on RE! I don't like sandwiches though so I haven't tried to accept one.

I'm doing the reports for my egg jobs. Where it asks on the questionnaire about the 'Deal of the Week', what are they talking about? I can't find a specific deal they are pointing me towards. And did many stores that others have done actually have a Community Notice Board? None of mine did...maybe we're just not very community minded down here lol!
Deal of the Week - I haven't found it yet either.

Notice Board - they've had one in both of the shops that I did so far, think it depends on the size of the store maybe? They were both fairly large shops that I did and the notice board was to the right of the tills next to the entrance.

I've had problems finding the cough sweets on the checklist, if you've found them, where were they in the store? In the second shop I asked and the assistant went and found them for me, but I couldn't see where he'd got them from. :o

Looks like RE are uploading all the cancelled assignments from the xmas hols.

Could this be the sign that things are almost fixed??

    Morning all

Got some 'Egg Jobs' planned for today - when you take the item back - do you have to get a refund or is replacement ok?

    J x

It is either or but not both. That is store policy. Easier just to take the refund. I find it easier to do sannies, take a BIG bite hummy and take them back in saying " So sorry these sannies don't quite taste right"

I've never seen so many jobs available! If they all need doing today then RE are in big trouble!
