    I have pm'ed you.

I used to be a member but they shut my account due to being inactive - they just stopped sending me emails as far as I can see!

Is anyone able to refer me too, or let me know where there is a banner?

    Many Thanks!
  • I was wondering if anyone has accepted a Health club call assignment on Retail Eyes? There still seems to be the same number there as yesterday, and I can't seem to get through the screening questions - and I'm 99% sure I'm getting them right as I've read the notes several times!

Same here! And I know I'm 100% right. I did the screening questions about 8 times and then thought I would come on here to see if anyone else is having the same problem and lo and behold RE strikes again!

Whoever said that they want RE to win the supermarket must be mad! It takes about 4 hours to submit a report to them whereas on GR it only takes 10 minutes. Time is money.

Me too. One of the simple phone call ones? I know I got the answers right and it said I hadn't. Gave up in the end. Not worth the hassle for the fee.

Argh - I really wouldn't want RE to get the supermarkets, I did a GR one over the weekend and the fee seemed so much more reasonable for the amount of work involved, that some of the RE assignements. I find it annoying that the pub ones don't even offer a fee.

Yes that's the ones! Glad its not just me then! Silly RE!

Nope, not mad. Just frustrated that the same select group of shoppers get to do all the good assignments and that they're never offered to me. I don't lose out if the jobs move to RE because I never got to do them in the first place. *Perhaps* that's why the supermarket is looking for a new ms company - apart from obvious aspects like cost, they might actually be interested in a larger pool of shoppers with more rotation.

Has anyone else had problems with the supermarket jobs this month? My briefing notes never seem to match up with the questionnaire, which never matches with the actual shop IFSWIM.

I did one yesterday and the pay rate was for a big store (petrol, cafe etc) which this little store doesn't have. The notes asked me to check certain areas but the questionnaire had sections for different areas.

I've done 4 like this already this week, and none have been correct. I hope I still get paid ok for them.

On the questionnaire, you just code the answer as n/a if no cafe, toilets, garage etc. I've always been paid ok.

    Is this the GR one?

I couldn't complete my questionnaire last night as it wouldn't show up the correct options when I got to Question 5.

I gave up in the end and sent a query, but haven't heard back as yet.
