For anyone in Edinburgh, I am just about to release some jobs with TNS. Two 'quick' supermarkets, an 'in-store' supermarket and 2 diy shops.
Finally got out today. The roads are ok in most places. Got stuck in a car park though. Took me half an hour to get out. I've done enough sweating and swearing for this week. Me and my eggs are staying in tomorrow.0 -
I'm having a horrible time entering the result on RE. I answered all the questions and clicked 'Save and Exit'. Then I tried to open the second part of the questionnaire and it tells me to install Adobe Flash, which I already have. I went back to the first part of the questionnaire and everything I typed in has gone! All blank... I want to cry. I hope it's just a temporary problem and my entry has been saved somewhere...0

I did my first jobs for TNS and ESA at the weekend and the reports are a nightmare.
ESA won't let me complete. TNS keep sending me mails saying I'm not quoting the visit ID etc in the right order when emailling the receipt. They also deallocated one of my jobs and aren't accepting one of the other reports.
Think I'll stick to React and Tern in future. At least they're human.0 -

Dee, for the ESA reports check the 4 question confirmation is done properly. There is a yes/no option if you scroll over to the right. Easy to miss. I did it the first time I did ESA.0 -

I WAS ALMOST GONNA SEND OF THE £34 BUT THOUGHT I'D CHECK HERE FIRST - THEIR SITE SAYS AS SEEN ON BBC BUT DOESN'T SAY WHETHER IT WAS A GOOD REPORT OR PERHAPS OFF WATCHDOG. NOT GONNA JOIN TILL SOMEONE ON HERE SAYS THEY HAVE RECEIVED MONEY FROM THEM!!!:mad:0 -

Finally managed to submit the nightmare questionnaire on RE. Think I need to open the bottle of sake I bought today!
I spoke to a girl from RE about 2 hours ago and she was saying lots of people are having problems entering results. Somebody from IT was supposed to ring me back but that didn't happen. My problem might have been temporary, since when I went back to RE website after having my tea I had no problem. Maybe when they sorted the glitch (showing more job numbers available than actually is) something interfered with the system?0 -

TG - are there any particular requirements for hotel jobs - I have been with RE for a couple of months and have never seen any listed???0 -
Seeing as we can't really afford to eat out often any more, my wife and I are trying to sign up for as many restaurant/pub mystery shops as possible.
At the moment we are with:
Retail Eyes
Gapbuster
TNS
Service Scan
Are there any others that do restaurants/pubs that we are missing out on?0
