I got one of these or very similar last time they were on sale & it was rubbish, I wanted the SD card slot so looked on the internet & there are car mp3 radios with SD slots under various names for similar prices & upwards, probably all from the same Chinese factory, anyhow I just paid £20-00 more for a JVC from Argos, no SD slot but a very much better sound & reliability.
    Nice to save.

I can't vouch for the quality of this model but it does come with a 3 year warranty. Even my branded Sony one broke down in the first year which i eventually managed to get fixed by them. I'm surprised how the big brands seem slow to bring out the newer features such as usb and memory card slots on their (cheaper) models.

I've loads of Tevion stuff Mp3 players, 2 LCD Tvs & more, I have no problems with them at all. but this was rubbish. It wouldn't hold the channels, there were several problems & 3 year warrenty is no use if you get better sound & reliability in a slightly dearer set with a better brand.
    Nice to save.

With something like a car stereo, I think it is best to spend the extra £30 or so to buy a quality brand. You only have one car stereo and chances are you will use it a lot. Surly you want good sound quality and reliability from your car stereo. What is the point of having one if it will just distort if you turn the volume up a little bit? JVC, Sony and more all have units for as little as £60ish that play MP3 discs, a much better investment IMO, plus they look much nicer too.
The main thing is to keep the main thing the main thing:)
