I order a lot of blank media from them...very quick delivery and never had any problems with them!"He's a maniac, maniac that's for sure,

I bought pc speakers from them that I had to return at my own expense because they were faulty. Big Pockets would not pay the postage so I won't be using them again.0

I've used them regularly for the past 4 years, mainly for media but also bought an LCD monitor a few years ago. Only once had a problem when buying Taiyo Yuden media that turned out to be fake (there is a lot of it about and the retailer might not always know). They arranged collection and refund easily enough. They sell a lot of tat though and so make sure what you are buying is what you need and not what's cheapest (some of their media is really low quality albeit at really low prices; most of their computers are refurbished or discontinued models with really low spec at reasonably low prices).
In terms of the laptop - it is a reasonable spec for the price. Personally, I would buy one of the Dell Inspiron's for the same price. Look out for the free delivery / money off promotions that happen every few weeks.

Has a price of £399 if you reduce the warranty. Faster processor / bigger hard drive. If you want the larger screen, you can specify it for an extra £35 (I would do that).0 -
Thanks for the advice - will hold tight and see if anyone else comes up with any offers that they have seen.

My husband uses them regularly. We are lucky to avoid delivery costs because we live local enough to pick any orders up in person. No complaints about them so far.0
