Mine works out at £9.64 per hour without my bonus. Including my bonus which was paid in March, it takes it to £12.59 an hour.

Mine works out £11.05 per hour for a basic 40 hour week.

I also work overtime but this would be to confusing to work out as the hours vary each week as do the rates depending on when you work the O/T.

Really annual hours should be worked out multiplied by 46.4 (52 minus 5.6 weeks statutory holiday). I have shown my rate on both hours.

    52 weeks - £13.19
    46.4 weeks - £14.78

This has made me feel pretty good. Mine works out as £16.48 per hour and if I factor in holidays, £19.04. I still think though that salary is important as well as hourly wage. Even if you work long hours, you are rewarded by the salary at the end.

Hrm. After taxes, I make £11.04 per hour. Take my mortgages and petrol costs into account, and that drops below the minimum wage: £4.87

That's what I get for buying two houses, I guess :D

Hmm, my hourly rate before taxes is £8.45 so on the lower end of the scale for this post but I would guess the difference is not as much once tax and NI is taken off and you factor in mortgages where mine is £340 per month and I would guess that some of the ppl on £45k pay slightly more
