All you need is a live id (hotmail, live or anything similar).
Just go to Microsoft's office 2010 (google office 2010 and it is the third one).
Click get it now and follow. You will get a super fast download and a product key.
This is office 2010 beta so you are on a time limit but it won't be any time really soon.

extreme caution should be used before downloading Beta software if you already have 2007 on your computer.
When the time limited program expires reverting back has caused many users problems in the past.
If you want to proceed don't bother with Goggle just go here:

will they give you a free upgrade when its released? Great if they do, tight wades if they not. I'm already stuck with the Final Vista release which could be Windows 7 AlphaSurvey earnings total 2009 £417, 2010 £875, 2011 £5740

I would recommend you to install it on top of the original suite if you have it and not replacing it. If you don't have it then it's fine.
They don't give a free upgrade. You choose between either trial, buy or the software stopping working. This is like a trial which runs for a long time.0 -
This is actually on the Microsoft Site (beta = test version) and isn't released in the shops yet.
I am still downloading it as it takes a while, but a friend said he is really happy with it.

Just a note regarding this for those who don't know.
- As a BETA it is likely to still have bugs.
- You will be required to un-install (or it will stop working) when it is released for commercial sale.0 -

I was going to download, until I saw that its recommended to uninstall previous versions. I have MS office 2007. I would have tested it otherwise.0
