Yes I saw the info on the programme I downloaded googling 'craft month NI' but unfortunately most of them are through the week and i work full time!! :( There's a really good weekend masterclass on glassblowing too which I'd have loved but was over £300!!!

thats nice that you liked my little poem. I was in TX MAXX in BOW STREET MALL today and down at the back they had a lot of cardstock (american) patterns really lovely and very reasonably priced. They also were selling packs of plain cards/envelopes a lot cheaper than elsewhere. You should have a look.

Thanks for the info but it will all probably have gone when I get to Lisburn as I am off to scout camp for a week.
A week of sleeping in a tent, lying on the ground and to put up with 42 scouts and leaders!!!!
    Oh happy days!!! :j

  • Hey Rach & Glassact

I have an old glassblower friend, he has now moved back to the states but I could probably put you in 'virtual' contact with him. He was also selling off loads of equipment a while back, don't know if there is any left or not - if there is it is in Fermanagh. If you want me to try and put you in touch with him, let me know. He is vvvvv talented!
DJWW - cos we won't let it!

Hi Smokie! Yes, I may be interested if he has any gas or glass rods or other bits left over - I don't actually blow glass yet but have been trying a bit of lampworking making beads and rings. I get all my equipment from Tuffnel Glass in England but a contact in Enniskillen would be fab! Thanks
