Earlier I rang to order roller blinds. 7 day delivery over £100 free, but too late for Christmas. Next day delivery £5.
I ordered 6 blinds, Total £300 +. Arriving Monday.
Now I thought it was £5 per order, after all TNT still only make the one journey. However, they have charged me £5 per blind, making the delivery charge £30, which I think is outrageous. Or am I a tightwad?
This is the firm, no mention of £5 per blind or per order so open to interpretation.

Hi
If you look in the faq section under next day delivery they do state that they charge an extra £5 per blind. I myself think this is daylight robbery because there is no way they cannot package these all up as one order. I would be inclined to get onto them and argue the case.0 -
Thanks for replying Tired Mom. I have emailed to say cancel my order until sorted. I have another twelve to buy so they will be daft if they don't heed.
I notice that ebay blind sellers have a St Albans address too.0 -
They will be heavy though and seller isn't going to absorb the extra costs. £5 is waaaay to cheap.:j30/7/10:j
