I am doing a buffet on Monday for 12 and would like some help please
I have bought
Savoury Yummies
75 indian platter
sausage rolls
cheese rolls
chicken nuggets
Sweet Treats
Mince Pies
I don't have an awful lot left, what can I also do for the above??? I thought potatoe wedges (home made = cheaper) and smart price rice salad but what else???

If you are considering a rice dish I assume it isn't strictly a "finger" buffet, so how about coleslaw and potato salad, with some cherry tomatoes, to add a bit of "healthy" to the mix.
Depends what shops you've got really, and any heating up facilities. Aldi spicy potato wedges are only about 69p for a 1kg bag and are yummy, but you'd need to be able to oven cook those before serving.
Iceland have boxes of Cadbury's chocolate fingers for £1 instead of rrp £2, if you have a spare quid left over.
