leather? they're usually polystyrene! I used to have to wear the silly things when I played in goal. They made me feel like a clown with big shoes!
  • They failed to include my fre pedometer with my order that arrived today. I have sent them an emal. Let's see how good their customer service is!

Well, they have failed to answer my email. Point taken about having to add it to my request (although if it is free with every order, you could be excused for assuming it should be automatically added).
I guess I'll have to resort to the phone tomorrow if they can't be bothered to respomd to emails.

I sent them an email complaining that their system had generated two orders and they only sent one, then charged me for both. Result? They deleted one order from their system and have yet to refund my credit card, and I have had NO email reply whatsoever from them. Poor customer service, and if I don't get my refund I'm going to kick-off.

Reason you need to add it to order is it affects the weight and therefore postage cost.

If you haven't paid the extra postage, you won't get the pedometer!

Ordered last night, email today to state that googles are no longer in stock and they have refunded my payment. Shame but hey, here is to the next offer. Thanks to the original OP.

Goggles and pedometer arrived today. Look great, apart from the fact the pedometer does not work. Display had segments missing so put in the replacement battery and now nothing at all. Oh well, at least the goggles look OK. Swimming pool here we come!
Humans only use around forty percent of their brains capacity. Imagine what we could achieve if we used the other seventy percent!
