Has anybody else had any problems with them? I ordered something 2 and a half months ago and received nothing. I e-mailed them several times. I finally had a reply saying a support ticket had been opened and I would get a reply within 72 hours at most. That was 15 days ago. I have e-mailed again to several addresses and been roundly ignored.
Has anybody else had any problems or luck with them? Thanks.

yep.
ordered the 'up' movie gift pack in conjuncion with expansive media. 2 months went past didnt hear any thing, emailed both companys on numerous occasions, never had a reply. i went through my bank and got my money back.(luckily i kept all the emails i had sent)
would never deal with anything to do with either of them again.0 -
I ordered the "Free" digital set top box but haven't received it yet. However, the "Free" Sunglasses did come after about a month.0

never got the energy monitor but they didn't cash the cheque either. Really annoying as you had to buy the paper about 30 times.0
