See this thread and my post 51. I put turkey back in the fridge last night and it was just as frozen this morning:mad:! I now have it in cool room and will leave it there I think until defrosted. I know the fridge is okay because I put some garlic bread in there this morning and it hasn't frozen or started to freeze (as yet!). HTHSlightly digressing but we have a 6kg frozen turkey,and I would like to know when we should take it out of the freezer, I have tried to follow the guidelines for the past two years on defrosting and it doesn't work-I reckon take it out Tuesday morning,wifey says Weds morning.last year she went off to her mums on xmas eve and I was sat here that night with a bleeding hair dryer blowing up the parsons whattsit, as I knew the bleeding thing wasnt going to be defrosted in time it was still rock hard with the giblets bag!.
I know we are going to have stress over this again this year!
