Hi all,
I am sooo happy!
I just checked the register (as I do at least once a week like a mad woman!) and found that I had ED on 11th of this month!
I keep double checking the details are mine because I checked on the 13th and it still showed as br.....i even asked the OR on that day because they told me to call them back and she said i would get ed just not for a while because of a backlog!!!
I am super duper happy (despite being unhappy at the state of my bank account about 30 mins ago!)
I went BR in early June and I can honestly say that it is the best decision I ever made, I had £16k worth of debt, but it was all in my name and as a stay at home mum I had no way of clearing it.
I did used to work in banking so that is something I can never go back to, but at least if I go back to work it will be for me not credit cards and loans.
I worked sooo hard over the years trying to rob peter to pay paul, even selling our home to release equity.
I get a clean slate now and also have a job interview this evening, just hope they don't credit check!!
Thank you to everyone on this board for answering my silly questions and checking over my SOA etc.
