Mine came just before christmas. Lovely stuff! Definatley better quality than I remembered!

Mine arrived on Chrtistmas eve but they sent the wrong size shoes for my little boy. Lady at Customer SErvices told me that she was sending me a postage paid envelope to send them back and that they were sending the right size out...I'm still waiting. Even if I get hte envelope I'll not send the shoes back till the proper ones arrive as don't eant to be left without any at all after paying for them.

Well I finally got a reply to my email:

Dear Customer,

Thank you for your email.

Im sorry to hear that you did not get your order in time for xmas.

By looking at your account your orders were despatched on the 21st &
23rd of December.

It stated on the website that if you ordered by 12pm Sunday 20th
December and select standard delivery we would aim to despatch your
order for Christmas.
In order to ensure that your order arrived in plenty of time we
recommend that you upgrade to our express delivery service.

Ooh well they have obviously had there money so not very helpful I replyed right back to say that was fair enough I should have upgraded delivery but it is now 12 days and I still haven't recieved my items I wonder what there reply to this one will be;) might get the delivery on time for easter and my girls can wear the clothes then:rotfl:

I think this is there way off having the cheek to suggest we should have paid the extra and selected express delivery dont think it would have mattered for being such a big company there customer service is appaling I think all those still waiting on orders should bombard them with loads of emails for tomorow morning and then maybe that way they will get there finger out:T
