Is there a letter to send if a request for telephone calls to stop has been sent and an email back from the DCA saying this has been done, but then the calls start again?
Many thanks
Many thanks

try contacting the Consumer Credit Counselling Service, they may be able to ring them on your behalf and warn them off, have you recorded any of the calls from the dca? x

Also keep a record of times dates etc . Ask for callers details and ask them to confirm time and date. DO NOT CONFIRM ANY OF YOUR DETAILS.0

Thank I will try contacting the CCCS. Hopefully we can deal directly with O2, just waiting for them to get back to us. I don't answer their security details when they ring, that seems to annoy them :rolleyes:Virgin CC=£2652, Next= [STRIKE]£102.88,[/STRIKE] Very=£475.60, Natwest=£800, Sainsburys CC=£1777.02, Lloyds CC=£498.29, Lloyds Loan= £13,946.18, Car=£4000Total = [STRIKE]£26,147.23[/STRIKE] £23,849.09:eek:0
