100% Shared Ownership Remortgage

I currently own 60% of a property and have a mortgage with Birmingham Midshires. I can now afford to buy another 25% but Birmingham Midshires have stopped doing shared ownership mortgages and will only help me if I want to buy the whole of the remaining 40%. Unfortunately, I can't afford to do that so will have to look elsewhere. Nationwide will do it but they don't do 100% mortgages so I'll need a deposit which I also can't afford!
Anyone know if 100% shared ownership remortgages exist?
