Dear Sir or Madam:
I am writing to you in regards to the letter dated 07/06/2006, which a copy is attached, stating that my old web-hosting provider - 1&1 Internet LTD - was seeking payment of £92.44 for 6 months Business Hosting, 3 Months Dedicated SSL Certificate.
As you will also find attached are confirmation emails directly from 1&1 Internet confirming cancellation of my package – Business Hosting with up to 3 Domains and a Dedicated SSL Certificate. Between the 3rd May 2006 and the 12th May 2006, I completely cancelled my contract with 1&1 Internet LTD.
On the same day, I transferred to my new hosting company Krystal Hosting LTD – Details are also provided -, and accordingly I only owe in due course a total of ONE Month’s Business Hosting and ONE month’s Dedicated SSL Certificate service from 1&1 Internet LTD totaling: £8.99ex vat and £3.99ex vat – a total of £15.25 Inc vat.
A cheque for this amount is included within this letter.
My reasons for only including in this letter to what I accordingly owe is that I am not going to pay in full and advanced for a service in which then is going to be refunded back to myself as it is unjustified and unfeasible to do so. I have the support of the Citizen Advice Bureau and therefore I am asking that you cease any more communication with me seeking the remainder of the service in which I did not and will not have from 1&1 Internet LTD.
Yours Sincerely,
stuff the *****rs
