My DD loves the stuff & it makes her xmas.
Tiffany IS quality, the brand speaks for itself.
The diamonds they use are very poor quality but they use their supposed 'name' to sell them at top price

In the end I decided to go for this one - I think it is a lot more subtle than my original suggestions and having read through their FAQs my OH can exchange later if she wants to.
Just one word of advice, at 16" the chain is actually quite short and comes pretty high upon the neck. If your wife finds it to short Tiffany will add a few more inches for you, it's about £25 including registered post.Accept your past without regret, handle your present with confidence and face your future without fear0 -

the open heart pendant is *very* Tiffany ... however if your OH is not a girlfriend not a fiancee or wife, she could be hinting at an engagement ring!
Thats exactly what I thought! If I was asking for something from Tiffanys I would have my fingers crossed for an engagement ring
