Portsmouth - give the gift of time (nicely wrapped)
On 22nd-24th December, V, the volunteering agency, will be at Gunwharf encouraging people to 'give the gift of time' to someone at Christmas. They'll be loaded up with sparkly stuff so you can write your gift and get it all decorated & wrapped up nicely.
