I like the sound of that lentil soup:T
I think you will need to buy the dried onion.....it used to be available in supermarkets.....I would also buy the dried apple, although you can dehydrate them yourself it is getting a little late in the day!
Google "Gifts in a jar" and you will be well away with ideas:D0 -
