Apologies if already posted - didn't spot it.
I have just ordered one of these prior to the offer, but fortunately got 10% off as I had bought a Dell PC in the last 6 months.
It's the top spec PDA : 624Mhz, VGA screen (640x480),
Wifi and Bluetooth, SD and CF slots. £306 instead of £349.
Read loads of reviews - was going for an HP Ipaq, but these seem to be considered just about as good as the VGA Ipaq, but for much less money. Admittedly, we're still talking a lot of money, but hey, you only hit 40 once.
cheers

Seems like quite a good deal - you also get a free gift so I went for the Tri-band GSM/GPRS adaptor which if the software is any good will make this a great little handset ! Other free gift options were an FM radio adaptor or a 56K modem card..
These are currently £349 exc delivery on expansys, so thats about a £50 saving.
Cheers,

Yes, I ordered it last week by phone (Indian call-centre sadly) - was told the phone adaptor was on back-order, and that due to the offer being about to run out, I'd have to choose something else - so I went for the radio adaptor.
Hmm, wish I'd insisted now - it should arrive tomorrow - might see if I can persuade them to swap it. I'd be interested to hear how you get on Steve.
cheers

Has anyone used one of these Tri-band GSM/GPRS adaptors that convert the PDA into a phone?

They've also got the Dell x50 416 mhz for £178 exc. VAT. and it also comes with free delivery and a free accessory (radio card, GSM internet access, modem card or TV card). Does anyone know if this is any good and which would be the best accessory to get? I've been looking for a cheap PDA which will run Windows + let me edit word + excel documents and this one looks pretty good. I did post in the 'I wanna...' section but didn't get many replies!!
