Me too, i had un cellophaned box with wrong type of perfume in box, i got eau de toilette instead of eau de parfum.

I rung to sort it out but not very helpful, she didn't know why mine was like that saying maybe its been opened and that it only cost a couple of quid and she never offered refund or replacement and she said i might get my postage costs back :eek:

But it was only a fiver on offer couple days before christmas so could not be bothered as it was a pressie. I won't use them again now x
