Foster Cranfield are ?? the only Coy that charge a fee "£50 + 1/3 of the difference between the reserve price we/you set, and the actual sale price".
So if the reserve they set is low and the sale price a lot higher, the fee can be large....
Should you set a higher reserve fee ? (Maybe no sale then)
Others (ARE there any others in the market now ?), would offer a lower 'buy it' price, I assume
any thoughts please
