romantic Meal out in leeds
Hi.
Its my 1 year wedding anniversary coming up soon… just wondered can anyone recommend a good place to go for a meal out? Somewhere romantic? Very open to choice of food but maybe Italian/French best?
Thanks

Try The Olive Tree Greek Restaurant, Rodley Lane,
phone no: 0113 256 9283
We're having a family dinner-party for 6 of us there this coming Saturday evening. It came highly-recommended from a family member who loves it there.
Best wishes

Don't think it's very romantic but the food and service are very good at Brio the one behind the Town Hall near the LGI. There's also Bibis but service and food are a bit hit and miss. For a really excellent meal though Anthonys is supposed to be the best but you have to book well in advance. Have a look on google it may help. The Metro newspaper on Wednesdays has restaurant reviews too. Hope you find somewhere to suit you.0

hi
we went to leeds for our 1st wedding anniversary in may, the hotel concierge reccomended Bibi's to us, we went along and it was incredibly noisy, and we were sat virtually on someones's lap. We ordered one drink and left, as the atmosphere was awful.
we ended up at a chinese restaurant, i think it was called tin tin ,it was really nice, quiet and the staff were very attentive.Lead me not into temptation, I can find the way myself.
wins - peroni bottle opener, peroni bowl, peroni coastersx2 and a vodkat cocktail kit,
would love to win something 'proper'!!0 -
If you like Thai food try Thai Edge.

I found Bibis to be noisy, the food expensive for what you got and the service was very slow.0 -
My 3 favourite restaurants in Leeds are: Hansa's http://www.hansasrestaurant.com/index2.htm
Sheesh Mahal http://www.sheeshmahal.co.uk/
And Viva Cuba http://www.myleeds.net/leeds/restaurants-review-viva-cuba.htm
Viva Cuba is small and very intimate. The sheesh has top notch food and is quite busy. Hansa's food is utterly delicious, but it is a veggie restaurant. Very friendly but unobtrusive staff, really nice atmosphere though.May all your dots fall silently to the ground.0 -
