Blimey my mum can talk, she just phoned me to ask about the cds I want for xmas, and to ask me to get her some mucky fat, and she was on the phone for 45 minutes! Pants visit to yet another physio today.
Basically muscle tone has reduced muchly which is causing most of the problems.
Not going to improve but deterioate.
