    had quick look Viva pinata is £8.95 ..go to play its £4.99
    confessions of a shopaholic is nearly £6 ,its £4.99 at play....have yet to find anything actually thats actually a "bargain"

    My post is relating specifically to the items listed in the 'bargain bin' section - neither viva pinata or confessions of a shopaholic are in this section of the website - and do not appear in the link I gave :confused:

    I am sure there are products on the site that are better value elsewhere - but hopefully the items in the bargain bin section will be a good deal.

    Those items the other poster mentioned ARE in the bargain bin section, under the Games and DVD links.

    Championship Manager 2006(pc game) says it way £19.59 down to £2. Yeah it may have been when it came out. Its 4 years old now. Its probably a trick for people who dont know what they are buying(Like a mother, buying a child a game). They also have Playstation 2 games which could easily thought to be for the newer playstation 3.

    I think this online Woolies business is pants!

    It's never been Woolworths, isn't this now part of the Littlewoods group? We all know the Littlewoods group are rip off merchants! Their website is exactly the same format as Empire Stores, Littlewoods and Very.

    it is littlewoods...as an ex-employee of woolies I personally think its an insult to use the name and charge a lot more than we used to!

    my post is also relating to items listed in the bargain bin,both of which if you have a look are in the "bargain bin" section(via your link),and neither of which are a bargain.
    Having another look at the rest of their bargains,and most of the DVDS are still £1 plus more expensive than PLAY/HMV...the only thing that this website has in common with the "woolies" we all knew and loved,is the logo, WOOLIES appear instead of KAYS/GUS and LITTLEWOODS.

    Totaly agree, its rubbish! No offence intended OP!

    Woolies online is really rubbish, prices are higher than most other places, theres not much reason to shop there at all. In fact I think people think they are being loyal to the brand shopping there when in fact its just littlewoods :mad:
